The drink is delicious and cute. The coffee shop is very relaxing, chill and beautiful as well. Especially, their second floor view. Furthermore, the staff are very friendly and helpful as well. I highly recommended this place.

Spacious café in the heart of Phnom Penh with a great variety of coffee and matcha. I got their Early Riser, which is basically black coffee and orange flavored cream. This combination is most likely inspired by a drink from Melbourne and it also tasted quite similar. Really great for those who like a little bit of sweetness to their coffee!

Lost in the center of the city. Good vibes. The drinks are so so good. I loved it here so much. Miss u espresso bar!

My favourite place Even when I made a delivery and the cafe forgot to put ice with my drink, they apologized and brought ice and two extra drinks as an apology! Service and care for your guests It also has a beautiful white interior. I like to come to the cafe just to relax or work! The food is European, which I really like! The toilet is clean. Service is friendly. I advise to visit this place

An out of the BLUE experience in Cambodia: I came across the BLUE coffee shop in Phnom Penh by chance as I was walking by and it was a stone’s throw from my hostel. It looked inviting and modern. It has a fresh, crisp feel to it and a very minimalist interior, which I like a lot. The design is clean and sets a very relaxed vibe and feel to it. It makes for a very nice working space if you need to get through some work on your laptop or just read solo on a rainy day indoors. There are two floors to the coffee shop so level two makes for a good meeting area for a professional meeting or casual date. There is an outdoor al fresco terrace as well on level two. I must say the coffee at BLUE is excellent. I recommend the hot cappuccino highly, as the coffee beans are rich and flavourful from Colombia, South America I was told by their staff. The iced cappuccino is delicious and the perfect treat on a warm day with the yummiest whipped to perfection cream on the top of the iced beverage treat. For brunch, I tried the salmon avocado sandwich with French fries, which was amazing. I’d say I could have been dining in a coffee shop in London, New York or Paris as the quality of the food and ambience was on par. There is a good selection of European and American wines and soft drinks and European mineral waters as well at the BLUE. I found the staff very friendly, polite, kind, eager to serve and efficient. They had a good level of English proficiency as well. This was one of my favourite elements of the coffee shop BLUE, that made me a regular here during my visit. BLUE had such a kind, inviting and relaxed vibe to it that I visited the BLUE coffee shop almost daily during my stay in Phnom Penh. I recommend it unreservedly and quite highly as a seasoned international traveler. The BLUE coffee shop is open from 0700 am to 9pm daily, 7 days a week. The coffee shop I visited offers a great selection of affordable and freshly brewed coffee, along with a signature blend and a standard option. My experience at the shop was fantastic - the decor was creatively done, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend this coffee shop as one of the best standard coffee shops in town, and I believe it's definitely worth a visit.
